Guntur: Assembly Speaker Dr Kodela Siva Prasada Rao has said that sports brings out innate talent.
He inaugurated the district-level government employees’ sports at Parade Grounds here on Thursday.
Speaking on this occasion, he said that the government was giving top priority to sports and encouraging the players.
He urged the employees to work with dedication to the deliver fruits of welfare schemes to all the eligible. He reminded that the government was implementing the welfare schemes for all sections of people.
Minister for Social Welfare Nakka Anand Babu said that sports would distance stress and urged the employees to participate in the sports meet.
Special Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam appreciated the District Collector, Kona Sasidhar, for conducting the sports meet.
