The Assistant Traffic Manager J Srinivasa Sharma flagged off the auto to collect and deliver the parcels and cargo to the customer across the town.
The Prakasam district regional manager Vijaya Geetha, deputy chief traffic manager M Murali also participated in the programme.
The regional manager announced that the auto service helps the customers to best utilize the cargo services by the APSRTC.
She announced that the customers may call 9573441166 to book the parcels and cargo at the convenience of their home or get delivered their goods.
