Annavaram: The authorities of Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Temple are making elaborate arrangements for Kartika Pournami, auspicious day on 23rd of this month.
According to temple EO Marisetti Jitendra, a total of one lakh devotees are expected to visit the temple on this auspicious day.
Addressing the media persons in his office on Thursday, the executive officer said that keeping in view of the expected devotee turnout they were making arrangements for mass pujas and other rituals in the temple.
Jitendra on this occasion revealed that the boat ride (Teppotsavam) for the god would be conducted from 6 pm in the Pampa river down the hills on November 20.
