Vijayawada: To mark the week-long celebrations of Child Rights, the District Women and Child Development Agency (DWCDA), Child Rights Advocacy Foundation, CRAF and World Vision India jointly organised awareness programme on Child Protection at IMA hall here on Friday. Deputy Mayor G Ramana was the chief guest of the occasion.

Tabita Francis, manager World Vision said that our country has about 40 percent children and was called as Young India. She said that about 50 percent children were subjected to some or the other kind of problem.
