Tirupati: Braving incessant rains Congress activists led by former union minster Dr. Chinta Mohan staged a dharna on Wednesday to press TTD management to look into locals and contract employees issues.
Holding placards demanding monthly once L1 category Darshan of Lord Balaji, special entry Darshan on Vaikunta Ekafasi and January 1 new year day, the protestor stood more than hour at TTD administration office here.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohan also demanded TTD management to enhance the salary to Rs 12000 monthly for 10000 contract employees working in TTD.
