Tanuku: The selections of players for Adikavi Nannaya University intercollegiate cum university badminton team were held at SKSD Mahila Kalasala here on Thursday.
The college founder, secretary and correspondent Chitturi Subba Rao inaugurated the event.
Girls representing various colleges under AKNU jurisdiction attended the selections.
Physical Education lecturer K Nagamani acted as observer for the selections. The AKNU assistant professors, VS Devanand and P Satyanarayana were the members.
While the college principal Dr D Naga Padmavati was the chairman for selections, KV Rajya Lakshmi was organising secretary at the selections.
