Srikakulam:TDP leaders including CM, N.Chandrababu Naidu and Ministers are earning crores of rupees by handing over government lands to private persons accused BJP leaders.They launched Bhoo Rakshana Deeksha (Agitation for protection of government lands) at Srikakulam on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion BJP leaders,P.Venugopalam, P.Tirupathi Rao, Ch.Venkateswara Rao, Dr K.Viswanadham,D.Ravindrababu and others alleged that the TDP government acquired lands at cheaper price from farmers in the name of projects and for capital city, Amaravathi and handing over these lands to private persons.
Costly government lands also handing over to corporate people who are favourable to TDP they alleged. BJP leaders lamented that lands are being acquired by the government more than the requirement for all projects and the surplus lands are in turn handed over to followers of TDP leaders. BJP leaders are demanding to hand over these lands to land less poor in the state. They also warned the government that they launch legal battle against the state government on its
illegal and excess land acquisition and its further alienation by violating rules.
