Guntur: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu sets foundation stone to interlink Godavari Penna rivers at a cost of Rs.6020 croe Statistical test today at Nakarikallu in Sattenapalli Assembly constituency in Guntur district on Monday.
Godavari river will be lifted from Harichandrapuram to Nakarikallu where water will be pumped in Nagarjunasagar right canal to solve drinking water in NS Canal ayacut area in Guntur and Prakash districts.This project will stabilise ayacut in 9.6 lakh acres in Guntur and Prakasam districts.Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu instructed to complete within five months.
