Ongole: The Rural Development and Self Employment Training Institute (RUDSETI) in Ongole organised a special guest lecture to the trainees at the Prime Minister Employment Guarantee Programme, Photography and Videography programmes at Ongole on Sunday.

The NSS programme officer and professor of the Social Work department in Acharya Nagarjuna University PG center, Dr M Harsha Preetham Dev Kumar participated as the guest and delivered a lecture on social responsibility for the youth.

The RUDSETI, which is jointly established by the Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank and Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara Educational Trust will conduct the free training programme on its premises in Ongole and offers free boarding and lodging to the candidates.

Harsha Preetham appreciated the participants for taking the decision to join the courses and be independent in life. He advised them to become entrepreneurs by establishing business units and offer jobs to the unemployed skilled personnel in society.

He explained about the human relations, workers management, organization management, workers management relations, workers rights, salaries, social responsibility of the workers and management.

He said that when the workers were offered cordial atmosphere at work, they could increase the production and advised that the managements should encourage them.

The director of RUDSETI, GS Murthy announced that the institute was conducting a 30 days training programme for women in Beauty Parlor Management from December 3.

If the interested persons are natives of Prakasam district, passed at least Class VII and between the age of 19 and 45 years, they can send the bio-data to the Director at RUDSETI, TTDC Compund, Ongole by December 2.
