Rajamahendravaram: Sub-Collector CM Saikanth Varma has said that the government is very much particular to sanction house to every eligible family. As part of it, the government is taking necessary steps in this regard.
Receiving petitions from people at Prajavani programme at his office here on Monday, he said many people were giving applications for allottment of houses. Due to non-availability of land for taking up housing units in urban area, the houses would be allotted to the true beneficiaries in rural area, he added.
Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu was also particular in this regard and the administration was speeding up of the process, he said.
The people who want houses should contact the respective officials, Sub-Collector Varma averred.
