Kakinada: Collector Karthikeya Misra has said that the government is very much particular to address the problems of people received at Prajavani programme. It is the duty of the respective officials to sort out the problems to imbibe confidence in the government.
Receiving petitions along with Joint Collectors A Mallikarjuna and CH Sattibabu and other officials at the newly constructed building in Collectorate here on Monday, he said many people across the district were coming to Prajavani with a hope that their problems would be solved.
Later, he said the new building for Prajavani programme was constructed with an estimated cost of Rs 75 lakh with necessary facilities to the people as well as to the officials.
Videoconference facility was also provided to take the problems to mandal and divisional level officers from the building, he informed.
The complainants would be referred to the respective officials to solving their problems at the earliest, he added.
