Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has announced the increase of pension to Dalits who engaged in shoe stitching. Government doubled the pension from the present Rs 1000 to each beneficiary.
The eligible persons have been asked to submit applications before December 18. The beneficiaries age limit is 40 and over. They should provide ration cards and Andhra cards as testimonials to the government.
