Andhra Pradesh minister Sidda Raghava Rao's brother Venkat Rao passed away at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai due to age-related ailments on Sunday night. He was 83.
Venkat Rao who is undergoing treatment in the hospital breathed his last around 11.30 pm. His body was taken to his native place Layarpeta in Prakasam district. His last rites will be held today afternoon.
