Chandrababu Naidu to release 8 white papers on AP since 2014

Amaravati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday said that he would come out with eight white papers on the status of the state vis-a-vis 2014, when the state was divided.

Speaking to media persons after reviewing the measures taken to mitigate suffering caused by cyclone Phethai, the chief minister recalled issue of white papers to make the people understand how precarious the foundations of the reorganised state of AP were, then. After the division, the state logged in a number of achievements in several sectors and they would be reflected in the white papers that would follow now.

Despite the problems the state was facing on various fronts, he was making all-out efforts to make AP a role model for the global community. Referring to the step-motherly treatment being meted out to the state by the Centre, Naidu said the days of the saffron rule are numbered.

He said that across the country, anti- BJP winds are blowing and that all non-BJP parties were forming a national alliance to free the country of BJP.
Chandrababu Naidu, referring to the controversy over tampering of EVMS, demanded that elections be held using ballot papers for more transparency. “ I have been opposing use of EVMs since beginning.
