Ganni inspects municipal ground works

Rajamahendravaram: Godavari Urban Development Authority (GUDA) chairman Ganni Krishna has said that the municipal ground for sports will be inaugurated on January 11 with walking track and open air gym.
After inspecting the progress of ongoing works with the officials here on Friday, he directed the officials to complete the remaining works before January11. The youth of municipal colony area can use the ground for playing games and sports.
Developing of the municipal ground was a long pending demand of the people of this area and at last it was materialised, he said.
GUDA also extended financial assistance for the development of the ground and necessary facilities such as drinking water, lighting, toilets etc provided in the ground, he added.
