Ongole: To achieve complete customer satisfaction, we are training the staff at various levels, said the General Manager of Syndicate Bank, CBL Narasimha Rao.
The GM of the priority sector credit department of Bangalore spoke to the media at the Regional Office in Ongole on Saturday and said that Syndicate Bank is aiming to provide maximum loans to the retail, MSME and agriculture segments.
Narasimha Rao said that the Syndicate Bank is organising town hall meetings with the bank employees, customers and public to create awareness on the bank schemes and programmes and to make sure the employees provide best banking experience to the customers, as part of the Annanya unique project.
He said that the bank is concentrating on providing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana loans to the maximum number of customers along with the other affordable housing schemes.
