Vijayawada: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan said that he never criticised the leaders of TD{ personally. Interacting with the party leaders of Kadapa district here on Thursday, Pawan Kalyan said that he had never used the words like ‘kill’ or ‘hit’ against the TDP leaders like Opposition leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy.
He said that he criticised the TDP in ideological terms only, unlike Jaganmohan Reddy. He said that both Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Opposition leader Jaganmohan Reddy were only aiming for power.
He said that he doesn’t want to indulge in politics for posts as he was in politics to bring about a change in the society. It takes some time to reach the goal, he said and added that he would work for it. He said that he would develop the party with ideology and practicality.
The forthcoming election was immediate challenge to him, he said while adding that he would overcome it with the support of women and youth. He also said that he would appoint party committees after this Sankranti.
Several leaders of Kadapa district party unit took part in the meeting. Pawan Kalyan also participated in the meeting with the leaders of Guntur district. Jana Sena chief would celebrate Sankranti festival at Pedaravuru village in Guntur district along with former Speaker Nadendla Manohar.
