Suspecting fidelity, man beheads wife

Vizianagaram: Suspecting his wife infidelity, a man beheaded her head with a knife in Kanapaka of Vizianagaram town on Monday. The victim has been identified as S Maramma. Maramma married Sanyasirao, who was working as daily labour. Sanyasirao suspecting the behavior of Maramma, harassing her for the past few years.

The elders of their families had intervened and compromised them. However, Sanyasi on Monday consumed liquor and chopped her head with a knife. Based on the information given by the locals, the police arrested him and sent the body for postmortem.
