NIA files preliminary chargesheet on YS Jagan attack case

Vijayawada: In the attack case on YSR Congress party chief and leader of opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Vizag airport, NIA has filed the preliminary Chargesheet on Wednesday.
In the chargesheet NIA includes Srinivas Rao as AI accuse in the case, and submitted the letters to the court which were written by Srinivas while he was in jail.
The NIA clarifies that the investigation in the attack case will continue. In this case, already few petitions are in pending, what was the emergency to file the chargesheet, Srinivas lawyers questioned the NIA officials.
The complete chargesheet details will be coming out on 25 January.
