Bhimavaram: The students should update latest technological developments from time to time to achieve success in life, said Dr SRK Reddy, former director of Gudlavalleru Engineering College and international expert in civil engineering while addressing the students of SRKR Engineering College here during the valedictory function of a symposium Nipuna-19 organised by the students wing of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).
Faculty coordinator Prof P Subba Rao presided over the meeting. Dr SRK Reddy said that the students should be in touch with the ever-changing subject of engineering in which several miraculous are taking place every day.
Principal Dr G Partha Sarathy Varma said that the college has been organising a number of symposiums and workshops with specialists in various fields for the benefit of the students.
College secretary and correspondent Sagi Vittal Ranga Raju, vice-president of the students wing of ISTE Hima Vamsi and others also spoke.
Prizes have been given to the students.
