Vijayawada: In what could be described as another feather in the crown of the people’s capital Amaravati, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the 11-storeyed Tower-1 of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) constructed at Mangalagiri on Friday. He will also lay foundation stone for the Tower-2 on the occasion.

The multi-storeyed Tower-1, constructed at a cost of Rs 110 crore in sprawling 2.26 acre are with a built plinth area of 2.96 lakh sq ft, would house all the departments pertaining industries, investments, including APIIC, commissionerate of industries, Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board, AP Industrial Development Corporation and AP Fibernet.

The IoT exhibition situated on one of the floors of the Tower is a special attraction, where the investors could obtain all information pertaining to investments and progress of industries.
