Meet on infertility issues tomorrow in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: To mark the first Foundation Day celebrations of the ‘Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction’ (ISAR) Andhra Pradesh Chapter, various programmes are being planned by the society, said Dr Ch Kavitha, Treasurer of ISAR-AP here on Friday.
Addressing the media, Dr Kavitha said to celebrate the first year ISAR-AP chapter, the society would organise expert public forum for infertile couple. They can walk in and clarify their doubts as medical specialists will talk about it. The forum will be held at Centre Side hotel at 11 am on Sunday.
Dr V Padmaja, president ISAR-AP said they would organise an obesity awareness camp at VP Siddhartha Public School for the students of Classes VIII, IX and X on February 16. The camp will be headed by Dr Anitha, Dr Chandana and Dr Kavitha.
A free consultation services camp will be offered to couples at various hospitals from 10 AM to 3 PM on February 16.
The hospitals with their heads within brackets are Crane IVF clinic (Dr Anitha), Sri Swarupa Hospitals (Dr V Chandana), Morpheus IVF Centre (Dr Ch Kavitha), Padmaja Clinic (Dr V Padmaja) and Oiasis Centre for Reproductive Medicine (Dr V Sujatha).
At 7 am on February 17, a Walkathon will be organised stating from PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science to Benz Circle, said Dr Padmaja.
