Christen Polavaram as Vajpayee Project: Kanna Lakshminarayana

Guntur: BJP State president Kanna Lakshminarayana wants Polavaram Project to be named after former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. In a letter written to Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Kana said naming the multipurpose project after the late Prime Minister will be a real tribute to him.

He said Polavaram Project is the dream of people of the State and thanked the Union Minister for taking up initiative to speed up the project works. Kanna lauded the cooperation being extended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the quick execution of the project works.
