Support Pratyeka Hoda Bharosa Yatra: Panabaka
Ongole: The people of Andhra Pradesh should support the Pratyeka Hoda Bharosa Yatra by the Congress party promising the implementation special category status to the state immediately after Rahul Gandhi is made Prime Minister of the country, said the former Union minister Panabaka Lakshmi.
Speaking at the district Congress party office on Thursday, Lakshmi said that the Pratyeka Hoda Bharosa Yatra is reaching Tirupati on Friday and the AICC president and prime ministerial candidate for Congress party Rahul Gandhi is joining the leaders at a public meeting at the same place where the BJP has promised SCS for the state for 10 years but betrayed the Andhra Pradesh state.
She asked the Congress party cadre and common public to join them at the public meeting to witness Rahul Gandhi speak about the SCS. She said that the Bharosa Yatra will reach Ongole on February 24 evening and Addanki in the morning of February 25. She requested the public to make those meetings successful.
She also demanded the state government to take action against Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar, who is alleged to demean the dalits. She said that the Congress party is condemning the remarks made by Prabhakar and said that the public will teach him a lesson soon. The DCC president Eda Sudhakar Reddy and other party leaders also participated in the meeting.
