Updated Vespa scooter range launched in India. Vespa updated its product portfolio in India by introducing the SXL and VXL range of scooters on Wednesday.

Vespa updated its product portfolio in India by introducing the SXL and VXL range of scooters on Wednesday. Uneviled by Vespa's global brand ambassador Alessandro Del Piero, the new Vespa SXL and VXL come powered by a 150cc, 3 valve, single-cylinder engine that develops 11.44bhp and 11.5Nm of torque.

The scooters also get the choice of a 125cc, single-cylinder engine that offers 9.92bhp of peak power and 10.6Nm of peak torque. Other than the engine choices, the Vespa SXL and VXL also get design updates and additional features. The list of provisions on the new scooters includes a digital instrument console, 11 inch front alloy wheel, tubeless tyres, front disc brakes, etc..

While the Vespa SXL range will be offered in a choice of 5 colours, namely, Orange, Matt Black, White, Matt Red, and Azzure Blue, the VXL range gets 6 colour options - Yellow, White, Red, Matt Black, Green, and Maze Grey.
