Japanese UV specialist Isuzu is visiting the ongoing 2016 Geneva Motor Show with a pair of accessorized Isuzu D-Max pickup trucks (extended cab and double cab variants). Both vehicles display an identical range of personalization elements.

The pickup trucks which are finished in an orange exterior color sit on five-twin spoke alloy wheels. While the extended cab sports a chrome finished bull bar, the double cab variant settles for a low-set horizontal bar with plastic end caps.

Other noteworthy accessories on the extended cab variant are the rollover bars, black painted load bay surfaces, silver finished rear bumper, chrome ornamental elements on the tailgate and chrome door handles. The double-cab variant features roll over bars, a lid for the load bay which doubles up as a cycle carrier and silver finished rear bumper. Interiors of both exhibits appeared to be in stock condition with no noticeable add-ons.

The latest version of the Isuzu D-Max pickup truck has been introduced in India at the Auto Expo under the name D-Max V-Cross. The model will go on sale later this year alongside the older version. Production will take place at Isuzu India’s upcoming factory in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.

The Europe-spec accessorized Isuzu D-Max pickups are powered by a 2.5-litre four-cylinder diesel engine which is mated to a manual transmission to develop 163 PS and 400 Nm of torque. The higher variants are also available with 4×4 system.
