Now, buy petrol variant of Toyota Innova Crysta
Speaking to Rushlane, a dealer confirmed that the petrol engine option will be in the form of 2.7 liter four cylinder engine. This is the same motor which powered the old gen Innova in certain international markets, but revised to deliver more power and better fuel efficiency.
Toyota India has officially opened the bookings of petrol variant of Innova Crysta.Already available in a choice of two diesel engine options, new Toyota Innova Crysta is now available in a petrol engine option as well. From today onwards, order books of Toyota Innova Crysta petrol variant have opened at select dealers.
Speaking to Rushlane, a dealer confirmed that the petrol engine option will be in the form of 2.7 liter four cylinder engine. This is the same motor which powered the old gen Innova in certain international markets, but revised to deliver more power and better fuel efficiency.
In India-spec Toyota Innova Crsyta, this engine will deliver 164 hp and 250 Nm torque (up from 158 hp), thanks to Dual-VVTi upgradation. Like its diesel counterpart, the petrol variant will also be offered in three variants – G, V and Z, with option of either 5-speed manual gearbox or six-speed automatic box. Customer can chose wither 7 or 8 seating option layout.
Entry level Innova Crysta Petrol G variant features include – basic MID, three airbags, no touchscreen infotainment system, 16 inch alloys wrapped in 205/65 section rubber, available in both MT and AT, both 7 / 8 seat options on offer.
Midlevel Innova Crysta Petrol V variant includes – front fog lamps, auto up-down windows, keyless entry, touchscreen infotainment system with 6 speaker music system, driver seat height adjustable, automatic LED headlamps, 16 inch alloys, only 5 speed MT, only as 7 seater.
Top end Innova Crysta Petrol Z variant gets – touchscreen with navigation, leather seats, electric adjust for driver seat, hill start assist, cruise control, stability control, 17 inch alloys wrapped in 215/55 rubber, only AT on offer, on comes as 7 seater.
On road price of Innova Crysta petrol will be about INR 80,000 less than respective diesel variants. With bookings being accepted at INR 1 lakh, deliveries will commence from August 2016. Official variant-wise prices will be revealed in a few days.
