Power Star Pawan Kalyan's fans have a reason to cheer. The star who turned emperor of Tollywood post success of his recently released film Atharintiki Daredi is soon going to become a corporate brand ambassador.
Till now, Prince Mahesh Babu who's known for his good looks was the preferred choice of several multi-national brands. Mahesh, who initially started promoting local brands soon became a national brand ambassador for many products. His remuneration too went up with his image.
Now, with Atharintiki Daredi pushing Pawan into the limelight, the eyes of companies has turned towards the actor. The No.1 debate too has perhaps influenced these companies. Besides, Pawan who was till now a media shy person is slowing opening up and participating in public functions which perhaps has sent a signal to the companies to try him.
The latest buzz is that Pawan has been roped in by a soft drink company to endorse its brand. Another rumour has it that a Jeans company too has offered Pawan a whopping sum of money to be its brand ambassador.
It is learnt that several other brands too are queuing up to get the actor's nod to endorse their products. Now, it's not just the No.1 slot of Mahesh that is threatened. Mahesh faces tough competition from Pawan in brand endorsement deals too!
