The makers of the film are naturally thrilled with the response the movie is receiving.
Pawan's Atharintiki Daredi released on September 27 after a portion of the movie was leaked online much before the film hit theatres. However, this did not impact the movie's fortunes. In fact the movie went on to break all the box office records set by previous movies in Telugu cinema.
The movie also got rave reviews not only in India but in the overseas market too. Critics too gave Pawan's film a thumbs up.
The film continues to give tough competition to the new movies. Encouraged by the good response, the film-makers even added a couple of scenes and released new posters to draw more people to theatres. The strategy did yield fruit.
The collections might not be so impressive over the last few days. But the movie is not the one to have an empty theatre.
