Illayaraja recovers; records first song in 2014

It is evident that Illayaraja, the name synonymous with melody has suffered a mild heart stroke and has been admitted at Chennai Apollo hospital.

He got invigorated with the treatment and has been discharged from the hospital. He had to participate in a music concert held in Malaysia. As he was undergoing treatment, he could not participate in the event. However, virtually he was present through video conference to make the concert a grand success.

As far as the year 2014 is concerned, it will turn to be another good year in Illayaraja’s professional career. For a Tamil movie starring Snehan, Illayaraja gave good scores. He recorded the songs on Monday. This is the first movie songs, which have been recorded by him in this New Year.
