Filmmaker Puri Jagannadh, who is desperate ly in need of a success, is pinning high hopes on his new film ‘Heart Attack’, which he is also producing on Touring Talkies. A week after he conducted the audio launch ceremony in Bangkok, his favourite holiday destination, he held another audio launch in Hyderabad on Thursday. He remembered giving an offer to Anoop Rubens long time back. “He refused my proposal citing that he was still inexperienced. Finally, we collaborated for ‘Heart Attack’,” he said.
Puri added that lead actor Nithiin took him by surprise.” My affection towards him grew as the shoot progressed. I’m in love with him now.”
He also said that it is a make or break project for him. “If I fail to give ‘Heart Attack’ to audience, I will get ‘one’,” he smiled.
Terming the film as an ‘emotional love story’, Nithiin recalled about a project that he was supposed to do with Puri. “After ‘Jayam’ I was expected to do a film with him but things didn’t go according to our plans. I’m a big fan of his dialogues and I enjoyed mouthing them during the shoot,” the young actor said.
To be distributed by Multidimension Vasu this January 31, the film’s numbers are penned by Bhaskarabatla Ravi Kumar. The audio will be available in stores from Friday.
