The famous Tollywood director, Kona Venkat said that he sacrificed everything including many options for the sake of films. Further, he said that after joining the film fraternity, he has done everything to his conscience and with love.
Venkat said after coming to the industry, he learnt the fact that it was not the success that elevates a person rather it was one's behavior. He quoted the example of Pawan Kalyan as the evidence to his statement. He included K. Raghahvender Rao in the list and in the same context. He said Pawan Kalyan ever remains a star hero despite the fact that he has reduced the movies.

Venkat said it was the professionalism that counts and makes a man, the star. He said he was elevated to his stature, just because of his behavior and said the same brought him chances.
Venkat said as a director, he prefers Pawan Kalyan to any other hero. He said that it was his ever desire to make movies with Power Star. He said Pawan Klayan never mixes up his personal life with the professional life and said it was a great quality in him.
Venkat said if a person is talented enough, Pawan will give a chance to that person. For him it doesn't matter whether he was or not a relative or friend of him. Venkat said Pawan has given many chances to the people who were passing through the streets. He said few among them now travel by Scoda cars in front of all of us.
Venkat said that was Pawan Kalyan. He said once he asked Pawan Kalyan whether he would give him a chance to direct him. Venkat said in reply Pawan said he was not mad that he won’t give a chance to the talented director like him. Further, he said Pawan has asked him to come back with a good story to direct him.
Venkat said if I have a good story, Pawan will surely give him a chance. He said recently his disciple Harish Shankar was given a chance by Pawan. He said he should go for a better hit movie than what his disciple did through Gabbar Singh. So, said Venkat, he is planning for a good script to direct Pawan Kalyan.
