The Jana Sena founder is expected to give another fiery speech during today's event too.
Pawan's motto is said to be: 'Youth of the nation, fight for the nation.'
It is learnt that PVP ventures is overseeing the arrangements.
Pawan is expected to clear the air on his contesting the elections during today's meet.
