There were rumours that he might not star in the two projects - "Gabbar Singh 2" and "Oh My God" remake - which he had committed to do earlier.

But, now the power star has clarified that he will be continuing to act in films. For the first time after floating his party, Pawan gave an interview to one of the leading regional dailies and discussed about major topics, including his film career.
Speaking to the daily, Pawan reportedly said that earlier he used to work 100 days a year for his film career, but now he will cut down that to 50 days as he has to look after his political party.
"I have no other life and I will act in movies. But now, I have the responsibility to concentrate on the development on my 'Jana Sena' party. So I will cut down my working days for movies from 100 to 50 per year," said Pawan Kalyan, according to Indiaglitz.
Meanwhile, latest reports claim that Pawan is all set to start working in "Oh My God" remake after the general elections are over. The actor will be commencing the film's shooting in May, according to 123telugu. He will be playing the role of God in the film, whereas Venkatesh will be reprising the role of a lawyer played by Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal in the original.
Pawan's much-anticipated "Gabbar Singh 2" is also on the cards. The shooting of "Gabbar Singh 2", directed by Sampath Nandi, is expected to kick off in the next few months. It may be recalled that the film was launched with a formal pooja in February.
