Wedding Plans Derail Actress Amala Paul’s CareerActress Amala Paul has came down heavily on the makers of ‘Vastha Nee Venuka’, after they’ve shown the door for her, following her wedding announcement to director AL Vijay this June. It is being said that the makers of the film were dejected with the fact that the actress has not spoken about her wedding plans, before looking out for another actress to fill Amala’s shoes. In a letter sent to the media, Amala issued a clarification. She said that production house Ramaduta Creations had approached her to star in the project, to be helmed by Ramesh Varma, early this year. “I had allotted 45 days from my schedule, spanning up to three months from March to May. As the shooting days neared, we called up from our side to know the exact schedule. The response was evasive, and we were not able to plan. But again considering the normal working procedure of the industry, I tried my best to accommodate them into my scheme of work. The response to this gesture of mine was again dodgy.”

The svelte actress added that it is a basic procedure to collect the passport of any artiste and her staff in advance, to clear the visa procedures. “In this case the passports of my assistants were not collected at all. This was an ample proof suggesting that they were not serious on their part.”

To add insult to the injury now they contend that I have not intimated them on my marriage, the Malayalam beauty added further. “Concealing their helplessness to shoot in the agreed time, starting from March to May, they shift the entire focus on my wedding and blame me saying that I had not declared my wedding plans to them.”

On a concluding note, she stated that has been absolute professional till now and would always prefer to be the same.
