Sankranthi Release For NTR-Puri Jagganath Flick. Director Puri Jagganath will be directing actor NTR in an upcoming film to be produced by Bandla Ganesh. Interestingly Puri, who is synonymous with scripting his own films, will be working on a script by popular lyricist Vakkantham Vamsi, who has penned the script for films like ‘Yevadu’, ‘Kick’ and ‘Race Gurram’.
This film marks the coming together of NTR and Puri Jagganath a decade after ‘Andhrawala’
Director Puri Jagganath will be directing actor NTR in an upcoming film to be produced by Bandla Ganesh. Interestingly Puri, who is synonymous with scripting his own films, will be working on a script by popular lyricist Vakkantham Vamsi, who has penned the script for films like ‘Yevadu’, ‘Kick’ and ‘Race Gurram’.
Apparently NTR gave his nod for the film which is touted to be a hardcore action drama. Reportedly the preproduction work of the film has begun and shooting is scheduled for later this month.
The film is slated for a release during the Sankranthi of 2015. The female lead is yet to be finalised.
This is the second time NTR and Puri will team up after ‘Andhrawala’, which was a debacle. Hope history doesn’t repeat itself!
Meanwhile NTR is busy with his next film ‘Rabhasa’ which stars Samantha and Pranitha in the lead.
