Hyderabad: Kangan’s Queen has been the buzz word of Bollywood with its grand success. Ever since it has become the top movie in Hindi language, the film directors and producers of South Indian Film Industry have an eye of remaking the film. By now the remake rights have been bought by actor, producer and director Thiagarajan. It is learnt that the movie will be remade in all four south Indian languages – Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The glamour world queens of South India are keen to play the role of Kangna, added sources.

Thiagarajan who bought the rights for remake said that he loved the story, plot and content of Queen. It cannot be restricted to one language as it’s a universal subject that women in any country can relate to, added Thiagarajan. Further, he said that it’s about how a woman fights against all odds in her life and remains strong despite being alone. He said he has not finalised the selection of cast and crew for the movie.

Thiagarajan said he was not sure whether his son Prashanth, the fame of Jeans, would cast in the movie or not, for the role to be offered to him in this movie has negative shades.
