Hyderabad: The Saturday visit of the President Pranab Mukherjee has seen many unexpected happenings. First, it was the cordial exchange of greetings between the two chief ministers of Telugu states that grabbed the attention of the people, and next it was the cordial welcome given by the two Chief Ministers to the President of India Pranab Mukherjee.
It seems that KCR might have been inspired by the famous dialogue from Pawan Kalyan’s famous movie Attarintiki Daaredi “ఎక్కడ నెగ్గాలో కాదు ఎక్కడ తగ్గాలో తెలిసిన వాళ్ళే గొప్పోల్లు!” The way he modestly touched the feet of Pranab Mukherjee clearly resembles the respect shown by KCR to the elders.
A person can be given respect by virtue of his astuteness or by virtue of his age and experience gained through years or by virtue of any such gracious thing. After all, according to the UDHR declaration of Human Rights that has come into force on December 10, 1948, a person has to be cared and valued for just him being a human being. Consider any yardstick for the honour given by the Chief Minister of Telangana KCR to the President of India Pranab Mukherjee, surely that enriches his personality.
