Arjun to lock horns with Arjun, Last seen as the baddie in Mani Ratnam’s damp squib ‘Kadali’, Arjun, fondly called as Action King, will soon be playing the role of an opponent in Allu Arjun’s next with ace director Trivikram Srinivas.
Last seen as the baddie in Mani Ratnam’s damp squib ‘Kadali’, Arjun, fondly called as Action King, will soon be playing the role of an opponent in Allu Arjun’s next with ace director Trivikram Srinivas. The film would be a comeback of sorts for the actor in Tollywood; he is notable face here having done commendable films ‘Puttintiki Raa Chelli’ and ‘Hanuman Junction’ among others.
A source close to development states, “After finishing the script, the only name that crossed Trivikiram’s mind was that of Arjun. He straight away flew to Chennai and took the actor into confidence. In fact, the actor, impressed by his role, is keen to start shooting and mouth Trivikram’s dialogues.”
This yet-untitled film, a production of S Radha Krishna, will move on to sets shortly. Samantha and Pranita are tipped to romance Allu Arjun for the first time.
