Chetan Bhagat is an aficionado of Krishna!!

Have you ever thought why in every book authored by Chetan Bhagat we find names like Govind Patel, Hari, Shyam, Krish, Gopal which are synonyms of Lord Krishna? Also, have you ever thought why the name of the protagonist in his new book ‘Half Girlfriend’, that is set to be released in mid October, is Madhav, which is also a synonym of Lord Krishna?

When asked if it is just a coincidence or a deliberate action, he replied and said, “I am a devotee of Lord Krishna and want to portray a part of Him in my characters. He is the universal lover and I want to talk about love in my books. My characters are playful, naughty, and mischievous like Him.”
