The two Canadian actors looked cosy as they posed together on the yellow carpet at the ceremony in Toronto.

Rachel, 35, was jaw-dropping in an ornate black and white gown, showcasing her porcelain skin to perfection.

The star oozed old Hollywood glamour with her curled golden locks and bright pinkish red lipstick.

She smoked out her blue eyes eyeliner and mascara and accessorized with sparkling rings and earrings.

Ryan, 37, was sharp in his suit consisting of black high-waisted trousers with a matching tuxedo and bowtie and a royal blue dress shirt.

Also honoured with a star on Saturday were Olympic hockey star Hayley Wickenheiser, former Supreme Court justice Louise Arbour, Canadian-American rock group the Band, and Jeff Healey, the blind blues-rock guitarist who died in 2008.

Canada's Walk of Fame honours Canadians who have made great achievements in areas ranging from music, film, and television to literature, sports, science, and innovation.

The stars can be seen on the sidewalks of King Street West and Simcoe Street in the downtown Entertainment District.

Rachel was born in London, Ontario, studying theatre at York University in Toronto before her breakout roles in ‘Mean Girls’ and ‘The Notebook’ in 2004.

Ryan is from Vancouver and has starred in blockbuster films such as ‘Green Lantern’ and ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’.

He was named to Canada’s Walk of Fame in 2011 but was never officially inducted, as he was not able to make it to previous ceremonies.
