She sang a medley off hits for the children communication charity I CAN 'Million Lost Voices Appeal'.With a side-parting of hair, the 34 year-old turned heads in the gown which featured a jewel-encrusted neckline. Even her microphone was embellished in diamond-effect crystals.
Following her performance, Katherine spent time with children from the charity - which aims to develop language and speaking skills in youngsters.
