Ash to join Manoj in comeback film

Manoj Bajpayee who has wowed audiences time and again with his stupendous performances in various films, will now be a part of Aishwarya Rai’s comeback film, ‘Jazba’. Also starring Irrfan Khan and Shabana Azmi, the film will see Manoj donning the role of a gangster.

Most of his scenes in the Sanjay Gupta film will be with Aishwarya. His role is said to be short but crucial to the script.

Director Sanjay Gupta however said that things are yet to be confirmed. He said, “Manoj is an intense performer and is like family to me. We are working on the details, but he is yet to sign the film though.”

Aishwarya, who is returning to the big screen after a gap of nearly four years, will be seen as a lawyer in the film. Irrfan dons the role of a suspended cop and Shabana Azmi plays his mother, a professor. John Abraham will also be seen in a cameo.
