‘Pataas’ ends Kalyan Ram’s poor streak

After a series of flops, actor-producer Kalyan Ram has tasted success in the form of ‘Pataas’ which released last Friday. It has minted Rs 6 crore in the first four days, making it the biggest opener for the actor. And admittedly he is elated. “I thank the audience for giving me a hit after a decade. I should also thank director Anil for the way he went about his job. Dil Raju garu also played a key role in distributing the film; he gave us very good screens,” said Kalyan Ram.

Kalyan Ram’s last few releases such as ‘Jayeebhava’, ‘Kathi’ and ‘OM 3D’ bombed at the box-office.
