The much awaited Kannada flick DK hit theatres today. Before we tell you why the movie is a must watch, let's take a look at the production crew.

Here are reasons why the movie is a must watch

• The film is a satirical comedy
• DK marks the kannada debut of Bollywood's sexy siren Sunny Leone who has performed an item number in the movie.
• Prem had roped in Bollywood beauties like Yana Gupta, Mallika Sherawat and Scarlet Wilson for his earlier movies
• DK means Dil Kush meaning the lead actor is a carefree person without any tension

Contrary to beliefs, DK is not even remotely connected to any politician. However, the fil revolves round the life of two politicians. Prem is a pokiri who knows what he is doing and never loses a chance to win a bet. Sharat Lohitashwa, a politician highly banks on the good luck charm of his daughter subbulakshmi to further his political career. Enter Shobraj in the fray backed by DK. So the war begins between DK and Subbu and as cliched stories work, the duo get hitched. What happens next watch the movie to know.

Review: First reports coming in suggest that the film lacks any logic and cannot be called a sensible cinema at all. In the words of a film critic: Base and bawdy as it can be DK, which bespeaks of a verbal and vituperative battle between a smitten and vengeful belle and an uncouth, distasteful village dandy, is a festering film which should not have even passed the censor’s hawk eyes. That it has is indeed a sorry state of affairs. Crude and base, than comic and cheery, DK leaves one so filled with loath, that you rush home to take a shower to cool your ravaging tempers. Even a sizzling item number by Sunny Leone, nor some sensuous sashaying ensemble by Chaitra Chandranath, who raves and rants as a scorned siren, fails to lift you from the morass of misery you are driven into by the drivel DK foists on you.
