Childhood dream fulfilled

For Shiva, films were a natural choice considering his father Mallikarjuna Rao of Padmalaya Studios has been here for a really long time.“That’s what I wanted to do since childhood,” shares the 27-year-old actor who will soon be seen in ‘Anaganaga Oka Chitram’.However, this isn’t his first and nearly a year ago, the young lad had debuted with the film ‘Jagan’.

“It was a great experience and now this film is a love story sprinkled with comedy,” says Shiva.Despite the dream of acting, Shiva didn’t just jump into films and ensured he was well educated first. “I am an Engineer and later I did my post graduation (MBA) too,” he adds.Unlike many actors who dream of being a part of big films even if it is a character role, Shiva is firm in his decision to play “only the lead.”
