Has Kajal been denied her sum by Bandla Ganesh?

Kajal was conspicuous by her absence from the promotions of her recent film ‘Temper’. And the reason that kept her away, we hear, is that she hasn’t been completely remunerated for the film

If you noticed that actress Kajal Aggarwal was missing from the promotions of her last Telugu release ‘Temper’ and wondered why, here’s news that will clear that doubt!

According to a source close to the actress, producer Bandla Ganesh failed to make the complete payment for her films ‘Govindudu Andari Vadele’ and ‘Temper’ which he produced and the actress expressed her resentment by keeping away. “A payment of Rs 90 lakh has been pending. He paid half the remuneration for both the films before they began but nothing was said about the rest,” the source says.

“Kajal waited till the completion of ‘Temper’ but wasn’t happy that she didn’t receive her full remuneration, leaving her no option but to abstain from endorsing the film. Post the audio launch, she was not to be seen in any activity related to the film except for one isolated interview to a news agency,” adds the source.

Also, the actress had good eight days of time to participate in the film’s publicity before she left to Kuala Lumpur for the shoot of a Tamil film.However, Kajal’s mother, Suman Aggarwal denied the news when contacted. “The news is completely false. She didn’t promote the film only because she was busy shooting,” she said before hanging up.

Interestingly, we’ve also learnt that Ganesh even kept the lead actor of ‘Temper’, NTR, in the wait for really long. It was later on that his good friend Sachiin Joshi came to the fore and paid NTR his money. “Sachiin who has been actively involved with the promotions of the film post its release is likely to pay Kajal too very soon,” our source added. Well, the film industry does have a mysterious and curious ways of working.
