Though Nagarjuna wanted to release the flick late last year itself, some pending work related to the film and his other commitments deferred the plans.

The entire restoration process, which went on for a year took place at a Mumbai studio. Nag’s niece Supriya said long ago that the colour and sound quality have been enhanced to meet the latest standards.
