Sarath Babu felicitated. Actor Sarath Babu was felicitated at a function organised by Vijayasarathi Housing Private Limited at Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao Government Music and Dance College on Monday.
Actor Sarath Babu was felicitated at a function organised by Vijayasarathi Housing Private Limited at Ghantasala Venkateswara Rao Government Music and Dance College on Monday. Speaking at the programme, Sarath said, “I am very much attached to the city as it is a cultural centre and people here have a great cultural aptitude and love towards arts.”
He also stated that famous directors like Bapu and Viswanath guided him to the field. As part of the programme, the disciples of Ghantasala Pavankumar staged dances on national song and Annamayya Keerthanas besides performing pot and folk dances.
Upcoming TV artistes Chanti, Raghava and Sudhakar entertained the audience with skits while city-based Mayur orchestra presented some film songs, which were rendered by Rasool, Sudharani, Mohammad Khaza. Cine artiste Jayalalita, Mitra Vasista and other were also present.
