Police Inspector Siddhant Shirodkar told reporters that the raid was conducted late on Tuesday, after police sent a decoy customer to the hotel.
"We arrested her pimp Aisha Sayyad and rescued the actress who has been sent to a protective home," Shirodkar said.
The pimp had been offering the actress for prostitution in many posh resorts in the state in the recent past, the official said.
